All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before processing your order.

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Cash on Delivery payment method is applicable only on products that show Cash on Delivery as the shipping method. COD service is subjected to the below conditions: For all items between and uptill– INR 1500.00 a handling fee of INR 100.00 is applicable.

Customers will get 2% off on their spend if the total order value is less than Rs. 10,000. In cases where the total order value exceeds Rs. 10,000, customers can save 1.5% on the amount spend. Please note: Total Ordered Value of the products does not include shipping, octroi and giftwrap charges if applicable.
If your payment is not received and you have already received the products that you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 15 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense.
We make every effort to ensure all items on Giftcart.com are available. But in the rare event that an item you order isn't available, we'll let you know and will offer you an alternative product of equal quality and value. In the case, where you don't like the option or we are not able offer an alternative we will refund you within 10 business days.
Delivery cost may vary from product to product and also varies as per the destination distance / pin code. You need to check for the charges on the view page / cart to know about the exact delivery charges for products. Most ? products have free delivery as well.
Delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered. Delivery time is mentioned on the website against each item and is given as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control like bad weather natural disasters, political unrest, package missing from courier etc.
Standard delivery - Standard delivery for an item is mentioned on the product view page.
Priority delivery: Customers can select priority delivery at the time of checkout. Priority delivery is done within 48-72 hrs from the date of order. Kindly note: In case where the customer requests approval, the delivery time will be calculated from the date when Giftcart receives approval. *For flowers and selected combo gifts we offer same day, next day and midnight delivery options. The same can be checked and selected on the product page.
Deliveries can be made at most of the locations in India as specified on the website. Certain items cannot be delivered to a few locations where our carrier service is not available. Please check for the availability of delivery service and the shipping method for your shipping destination on the product page. Deliveries for certain selected gifts/categories can be made to selected International destinations. For international deliveries please check our "International Delivery" category.

Giftcart.com does not have a physical store yet. We deliver our gifts from our warehouses spread across India and hence we do not offer an instore collection.
There are multiple ways of searching for a gift on Giftcart.com: The best way to search for an item is using the navigation at the top of the page. You can find gifts by recipient, categories, occasions ane personality. Once you’ve found the category you’re looking for, you can filter out the results by size, colour etc. You can also use the search box at the top of the screen to find gits by typing a product description e.g. "personalised mug". Our Gift wizard facility is also an interesting way of searching for a gift. It basically a tool that will ask you a series of questions like the recipients sex, age, what the occasion is and their interests and throw an interesting selection of gifts based on the input.
Our gifts are dispatched from different ware houses spread across India. In the case where you have ordered more than one item under an order, Giftcart reserves the right to send either together or in separate packages.

Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.

Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes or amends (i.e. size, colour or quantity).

Giftcart offers wrap and message services on most products. Click the wrap option provided in the shopping cart to choose / select the wrap /gift message service. The service may be free or paid depending on the product to product. You may also write to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need gift wrap service but the produt does not have the option - in this case Giftcart may try to service the request but not gaurantee the same.
You need to contact our Customer Care if you feel that your card has been misused and you might be asked to produce necessary documents in your support.
Giftcart.com shall not deliver to one of the family members on your behalf (in case of residential address) or shall not deliver to one of your colleagues (in case of factory or office establishment) in your absence unless the carrier service provider does on his own at the latter’s risk.
For products that are 'Out of Stock', please click the 'Notify Me' button on our website and fill in the details and you will be notified once the product is available.

We at Giftcart.com want to save paper to protect the environment and are therefore not adding invoices into our shipments. As a registered customer, you can download and print your invoice by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest please send us an email to email@example.com and we will email the invoice to you
Your order might be automatically cancelled due to one of the below mentioned reasons:
- In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address
- Continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier
For all automatically cancelled orders the two way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a Cart credit. We'll always write to let you know the specific reason for automated cancellation of your order.
Giftcart.com will not accept any returns other than the ones initiated as mentioned below:
Goods Are Faulty On Arrival - If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and request return. You can contact us by calling customer services at +91 99 1064 4899 Mon-Sat (9am-6pm) or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.orgGoods Damaged On Arrival - If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 24 hrs with details of the damage (you should send an email to email@example.com with the image of the damaged product, in the case where you have accepted the delivery). This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.Goods Not As Ordered - If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 24 hrs and return the product within 10 days.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them.

Currently this service is available for select products and in Delhi/NCR only. To order products for same day and next day delivery go to our Delhi/NCR special category and choose Same day or Next. Check you pin code for your delivery type and proceed. Please ensure that you order within the time frame mentioned on the product page and the product will be delivered to you the Same Day/Next Day.

Same Day Delivery orders will arrive at your address by 12 (midnight) local time the same business day. Next Day Delivery orders will arrive at your address by next business day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - FAQ
Within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling our customer services at +91 99 1064 4899 Mon-Sat (9am-6pm) or emailing us at email@example.com, provided that the order has not been shipped. After 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order. Once you have cancelled, we can extend 100% store credit that can be used for future orders or we can refund, what ever you prefer. Please note refund processing charges of 2% will apply. The refunds can take up to 3-4 business days to reflect in your account.

Giftcart.com offers easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Giftcart.com reserves the right to offer you any one the below mentioned options:
Send a replacement product once the customer returns the damaged product/productsRefund the amount only in the case where Giftcart.com cannot offer a replacement.
The refund will be issued as store credit or NEFT which will not include the handling charges and taxes *Giftcart.com, in its sole discretion, will determine the usage of the given options.
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (Customer Service Department by phone or email only) within 48 hrs of receipt of the items.
You must return the products to us within 10 days after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

Giftcart.com will notify you when we've received your return package. The courier charge will be refunded only once we receive the package and the same has gone successfully through our quality check.
If you experience an abnormal delay of additional two weeks from the committed delivery day ( as mentioned on the product description page) , then you may choose to cancel the order for claiming a full refund. The two way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a store credit at the sole discretion of Giftcart.com.
