Virtuos Digital Reorganizes Giftcart Operations Under INDIC to Build India's Premier Luxe Gifting Experiences Company
New Delhi, India – July 2026 — Virtuos Digital Ltd., the parent company of Giftcart Ecommerce Private Limited (GEPL), today announced a strategic reorganization of its ecommerce and experience commerce businesses following approval by its shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
As part of this transformation, INDIC, an associate company within the Virtuos Group, will assume complete operational leadership and management of Giftcart.com and all ecommerce operations with immediate effect. The move marks a significant strategic pivot to position Giftcart.com as India's leading Luxe Gifting Experiences Commerce platform.
While INDIC will not acquire Giftcart Ecommerce Private Limited, it will supervise and operate the entire Giftcart business under a renewed vision, leadership team, operating model, and growth strategy.
A New Chapter for Giftcart
Giftcart.com will undergo a comprehensive transformation to redefine gifting by combining luxury, personalization, design thinking, and Agentic AI technologies. The platform will move beyond conventional gifting products to create memorable gifting experiences for consumers, enterprises, and global customers.
Alongside Giftcart.com, INDIC will also oversee the group's emerging commerce brands, including Bindaas.com and Saathi.com, building a unified Experience Commerce (XCommerce) portfolio.
GEPL to Become Orangeful
Subject to the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Giftcart Ecommerce Private Limited will be renamed Orangeful Private Limited.
Beginning July 2026, Orangeful will focus on next-generation businesses spanning:
- Agentic AI innovations
- Artificial Intelligence platforms
- Digital Intellectual Property (IP)
- Software products
- Emerging technology ventures
This restructuring enables Giftcart to pursue its ecommerce ambitions independently under INDIC while Orangeful concentrates on building future-focused AI and digital innovation businesses.
